Job Description – Customer Service:
- Manage Voice Process Activity Inbound or Outbound
- Greet and direct customers
- Answer customer questions about specific products/services.
- Handle escalations and irate customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and to promote customer centricity in the organization by improving customer service experience, engaging customers and facilitating organic growth. Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.
- Liaising with various stakeholders in the organization to ensure that customer complaints are resolved quickly and effectively. Improving brand image on complaints.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any qualified graduate having all certificates in hand
- Insurance back ground would be an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Language Proficiency- English, Hindi
- Proven skills in handling customers with tact through different modes of communication e-mail / telephonic Should be able to handle inbound calls resolving customer queries
Open on rotational shifts and week offs - Candidate to be hired under offrolls and basis tenure, discipline, knowledge & productivity the future elevation is scheduled

Job Description – Sales Manager:
- Candidate from Insurance background would be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Motor Insurance and Drive Motor insurance sales through the agency channel
- Primary role – Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents.
- Responsible for Recruitment, onboarding and activation of Partners/Agents.
- Helping Partners/Agents in the sales calls by traveling with them for the same and taking the onus of closure of sales.
- Conduct continuous agent training program.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients.
Skills Required:
- Should be familiar with basics of Insurance. Should have strong convincing power.
- Industry Experience (Motor) will be preferred.
- Positive attitude & proactive/ sales driven.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Should be confident, self-motivated and Interactive.
