1. Agent Recruitment & Development
- Identify and recruit potential insurance agents with expertise in Non-Motor general insurance.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions to familiarize agents with company policies and product offerings.
- Continuously support agents in enhancing their knowledge and sales techniques.
2. Sales & Business Growth
- Train and motivate agents to generate business in Fire, Burglary, Marine, GMC, and Industrial Insurance.
- Develop strategies to penetrate corporate, SME, and industrial markets through agent-driven sales.
- Support agents in client meetings, presentations, and policy issuance.
