Job Description:
- Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company (On requirement)
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing client
- Doing Daily call audits for team, agency and agents and making necessary reports on it.
- Manage team and agency performance, related to the assigned process.
- To ensure all members of the team agency are fully informed of targets and current sales positions.
- To be a pro-active member of the team and support all calls.
- To collate, analyze and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the team.
- Good in Analytics and strategies.
- To ensure that the Call Center KPIs are met.
- Implementing sales strategies
- Monitoring & evaluating the performance of the sales agencies
- Setting weekly and monthly sales targets
- Compiling and presenting sales reports
