Job Description:
Experience in Provisioning in Access Network. Ability to design, apply and remove configurations for layer 3, layer 2 and data & voice services and offerings Ability to validate the request, analyze the impact and plan for implementation of data & voice products and services Ability to audit the services in NMS and in database and plan for migrations. Ability to understand and optimize the process for an agile delivery. Ability to liaise with stakeholders, operations center, and the planners with on-going projects to clear the dependencies. Managing escalations within the team and communications to stakeholders Available for rotational shift (24×7) change request implementation.
Required Skills:
- Provisioning workflow, Self-driven, time management, multi-tasking, effective communication.
- Candidate should be flexible with rotational and Australian shift timings.
Mandatory Knowledge and experience:
Must have experience with Carrier Ethernet, IP Management, Routing, Switching, voice switching and protocols. Must have experience in layer 3 VPN, layer 2 products configuration and design. Must have knowledge in VLAN encapsulation, switching protocols. Must have experience in Routing and Switching with firm hold on protocols and technologies such as MPLS, L2/L2 VPN, BGP, OSPF, Static Routing, IPV4/IPv6, Throughput Testing etc. Enterprise voice (SIP PRI) provisioning. Exposure to DWDM and familiarity in OSS and NMS. Be able to understand the task workflow and interpretation of drawings/schematics
Certifications: CCNA/CCNP
Desired Skills:
Experience in Juniper routers, Cisco ASR routers, Nokia Routers and SDH equipment Knowledge on DWDM and OTN systems preferred
