Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Linear / Radio Campaign Schedular to lead the execution and delivery of advertising campaigns across traditional linear / radio platforms. This role emphasizes campaign management, traffic coordination, and ad scheduling to ensure campaigns run seamlessly and meet client objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of broadcast workflows, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to managing complex schedules and client requirements.

End-to-End Campaign Oversight:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of linear / radio advertising campaigns, from initial booking to final reconciliation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their objectives are met with precision and efficiency.
  • Work closely with sales teams to confirm inventory availability, negotiate placement priorities, and align with client expectations.

Campaign Execution:

  • Oversee the seamless integration of client assets into the broadcast schedule, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance during broadcast, addressing delivery issues such as under-deliveries or audience fluctuations.
  • Manage make-good or adjustments proactively to meet contractual obligations.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between sales, creative, and broadcast operations teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on campaign details.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to traffic and operations teams to minimize errors and improve efficiency.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Continuously track campaign progress, ensuring targets like GRPs (Gross Rating Points) or reach and frequency are achieved.
  • Regularly provide clients and internal teams with performance updates and recommendations for optimization.

Education:

Bachelors degree in media (TV / Radio), Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, traffic coordination, or ad scheduling within linear TV / radio or broadcast media.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume campaigns and resolving complex scheduling challenges.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with traffic management systems (e.g., WideOrbit, IBMS, or similar).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to work with data to derive insights.
  • Familiarity with media measurement tools (e.g., Nielsen, OzTAM) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
