- Experience of working in UK life and pension Services
- Experience of following relevant (UK financial services) policies and procedures
- Administration and Customer service experience.
- Minimum 15 years of regular education (10+2+3).
- Willingness to work in any shifts.
- Must have all Educational documents (marksheets and final degree certificate) and employment documents (experience letters of all employments and pay slip)
- Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (no cash in hand).
Job Description
- To process customer complaints (received by phone, email, social media or post) in line with the defined processes
- To remain professional and flexible in supporting the department
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail so that quality measures are consistently met
To proactively drive forward your own learning and development - Record and maintain information on the system(s) in order to allow the completion of work to be tracked and internal records and management information to be kept up-to-date
- To work independently and make own decisions within the agreed
- Identify and discuss with team manager any opportunities to improve working practices so that improvements can be made to process, accuracy and efficiency
- Effectively manage customer demands and potentially help others to do the same to ensure you/they are treating customers fairly.
