Job Description:
- A fulltime Graduate.
- Over 2 – 8 years of experience in Investment Management/Wealth Management/Investment banking recs
- Hands on and excellent experience in end to end Fund/Wealth/Superannuation reconciliations
- Should have worked on following types of recs – Cash, Stock, Nostro, Depot, Bank account recs
- Should have experience in performing recs on any of these recon platforms i.e. TCS BaNCS/TLM/Intellimatch/Recon Frontier
- Experience in reconciliation matching, exception management, workflows, query handling, reporting
- Clearing long standing queries, posting errors.
- Clear the book of recs/backlog/ageing in a time bound manner
- Work with Ops teams to close the breaks
- Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports and MIS. Present the same to client management
- Liasing with internal and external stakeholders
- Good at analysis and reporting progress
- Team player and work in a team with common objectives
- Good communication skills
