Job Description:

  • A fulltime Graduate.
  • Over 2 – 8 years of experience in Investment Management/Wealth Management/Investment banking recs
  • Hands on and excellent experience in end to end Fund/Wealth/Superannuation reconciliations
  • Should have worked on following types of recs – Cash, Stock, Nostro, Depot, Bank account recs
  • Should have experience in performing recs on any of these recon platforms i.e. TCS BaNCS/TLM/Intellimatch/Recon Frontier
  • Experience in reconciliation matching, exception management, workflows, query handling, reporting
  • Clearing long standing queries, posting errors.
  • Clear the book of recs/backlog/ageing in a time bound manner
  • Work with Ops teams to close the breaks
  • Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports and MIS. Present the same to client management
  • Liasing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good at analysis and reporting progress
  • Team player and work in a team with common objectives
  • Good communication skills
