- Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet , Month close, tech, tools
Task automation using Macro - Building formulas
- Managing large datasets with functions VLOOKUP, IF, INDEX, MATCH etc.
Responsibilities
- Understanding end to end of GA (R2R) activities
- Experience in FnA domain in R2R
- Ownership of month close functions like Journals, Reconciliations, Reporting
- Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement
- Functional working experience in ERPs like SAP / S4 Hana preferred
- Good Analytical Skills

Eligibility:

- Non-technical graduation in any stream – CA Inter, B.COM, M.COM or similar (Preferred)

Skill & Responsibilities :
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, new rollouts as well as new projects
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
