Job Description:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Experience in payroll office administration with basic payroll knowledge, resolve all tickets/queries/incidents escalated by Help Desk
- Experience in in Australia or UK or Brazil or India payroll knowledge is added asset.
- Knowledge of legal regulations
- Preferably should have worked on SAP, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Kronos, ServiceNow
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to work well under pressure
- Provide support in Compensation & Benefits related activities / processes as and when required especially during contingent situation or exigencies
- If required, should be willing to learn and provide support in other stream of HR (Workforce Administration & Reporting etc.) as well
- If required, should be flexible to work beyond shift hours to help address high volume / transactions inflow
- Region to support : Australia, UK, Brazil, US and India
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency with payroll processing software with strong math skills.
- Knowledge of English – Read, write, speak.
