Job Requirement:
- Excellent communication skills .
- Basic understanding of accounting principles & Banking
- Knowledge in Cheque processing, & Item Processing activities in Banks
- Data Key Entry Specialist responsible for inputting remittance data received from customers into processing platforms
- Strong computer/data entry skills (alpha and numeric) to meet stringent deadlines
- Input Cheque & remittance data for various remittance processing customers using multiple processing platforms
- Validation & Repair validating codeline and non-codeline fields, in accordance with Clearing scheme and client requirements and repairing items that do not pass validation
- Fraud checking & Technical Validation of Cheques Review of cheques to identify fraud in line with each clients requirements
- Cheque Decisioning Applying the Pay & No pay decision to the cheques for Check Positive Pay
- Cheque Disputes – Logging of queries received from customers (via telephone, email, or Agency Portal) and the subsequent and processing of messages
- Cheque Reconciliation of the client suspense accounts
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)
- Must have all educational & employment documents
- Mode of salary credit should have been from bank from all the previous employers (No cash in hand)
- Ability to work in any shifts.
