- 1-8 years of experience in FnA domain in OTC
- Ownership of O2C Functions as Cash Allocation, Collection back office, timely highlight challenges/ issues for guidance, daily reporting.
- Functional working experience in ERPs like SAP / S4 Hana preferred.
- Good Analytical Skills
- Review of O2C activities investigation on Unidentified cash, Delinquent customer analysis, O2C Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Credit & Collection meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement.
- SLA adherence.
