Job Description:
- Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in English languages. Resolving customer queries and requests.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions for review and follow-up. Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
- Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
- Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.
Job Brief:
- Handle customers problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Provide support to customers in multiple languages via phone, email, or chat.
- Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors.
- Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Regularly update customer database with accurate information.
Qualification and Experience:
- Any Graduate Fresher.
- 12th pass with at least 6 months of experience in BPO (customer service).
Shift and Allowances:
- 5 Days working, 2 days rotational week off- US rotational Graveyard shifts, split week off.
- 9.5 Hours shift (including 1 hr break).
- Looking for immediate joiners- Who can join us in 1 day
- Both side cab service if address is covered in our transport boundary (500 INR Per Month from salary, 200 INR Professional Tax from salary)
- Age Limit 40 Yrs old max
- Work Location; Commerzone IT Park, Yerwada, Pune
