Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer support through calls to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle domestic voice process activities such as answering customer inquiries, addressing issues, and providing solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Meet performance targets set by the company for quality metrics like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO industry (customer support) preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English language required; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies; strong problem-solving skills essential.
