Job Description:
- Provide customer support for VOICE for international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and requests.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 6 – 12 months of experience in International is mandatory.
- Need Excellent Communication with all documents of Edcuation/Experience/ Payslips.
- Looking for Immediate joiners.
