Job Description:
- Handling customer queries via call,
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Key skills required:

Required Candidate profile:
- Education & Experience: Any Graduate or undergraduate, Fresher or Experience (minimum 6 months on paper)
