Job Description:

  • Handling customer queries via call,
  • Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Key skills required:

  • Basic English communications skills
  • Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills

Required Candidate profile:

  • Education & Experience: Any Graduate or undergraduate, Fresher or Experience (minimum 6 months on paper)
  • Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi / Kannada/Bengali/ Tamil/ Telugu
