Join our dynamic team at Tech Mahindra for exciting opportunities in UK-based International Voice and Chat processes. We’re looking for candidates with strong communication skills, customer focus, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
International Voice Process / UK Chat Process Customer Support Roles
Roles & Responsibilities:
We are hiring for two different customer support roles:
1. International UK Voice Process:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers
- Understand and resolve customer queries effectively via voice
- Deliver excellent service with clear and professional communication
- Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)
2. International UK Chat Process:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat (non-voice)
- Resolve issues with clear, concise, and grammatically sound written communication
- Maintain high-quality service standards with timely responses
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Flexibility to work in UK rotational shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal for voice, written for chat)
- Comfortable working night shifts (UK timing)
- Must not be pursuing regular education
- Should not have planned leaves for the first 3 months
Salary Details:
1. International Voice Process
Freshers: 3.5 LPA
Experienced: Up to 5.5 LPA

2. International Chat Process
Freshers: 2.4 LPA
Experienced: Up to 3.5 LPA
