Job Description:
- Provide customer support
- Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries
- Relevant experience in International Voice Process
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Good customer handling skills
- 5 days working and split weekly offs
- Should be comfortable working for Rotational shifts & Voice process
- Should not have plans of taking leaves in the first 3 months/ Probation period
- Should not be pursuing regular education
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Under Graduates, Graduates and Postgraduates
- Work location: HYDERABAD BAHADURPALLY Tech Mahindra Campus
- Flexibility: 24/7 with 2 rotational Off
- 2-way cab facility provided
- Freshers are also eligible.
Salary for freshers – 3 LPA and experience candidates up to 5LPA annually based on experience
