Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Serve as the SME for Oracle HCM solution architecture, ensuring scalability and avoiding tech debt
  • Diagnose problems and recommend appropriate solutions, and help faster decision-making
  • Lead proof of concepts and document potential solutions
  • Document all potential solutions for a given problem
  • Work alongside application developers and engineers to contribute to delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and continuously looks opportunities to improve tech solutions and landscape
  • Work with global and remote teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM cloud capabilities, configurability, and extensibility to meet complex requirements
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud implementation methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and building solutions across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud functional areas.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting multi-platform technical issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Expertise in all phases of application development with ability to identify system dependencies as part of solution architecture.
  • Experience on non-Oracle systems like Workday, Service NOW etc.
  • Knowledge of the overall HR technology ecosystem, including 3rd-party Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Payroll vendors
  • Expertise in working on other functional areas (Recruitment) and Integrations/Technical components
