Job Description:
- Serve as a mentor and trusted advisor to potential learners, guiding them in their career journeys.
- Provide personalized counseling to prospective students, helping them map their career paths and demonstrating how upGrad can be a catalyst for their professional growth.
- Meet weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets.
- Articulate the uniqueness and effectiveness of upGrads online learning model.
- Manage the complete sales closing lifecycle for assigned leads, which includes making phone calls, delivering product demonstrations, closing sales, and maintaining post-sales relationships.
- Keep a comprehensive database of all interactions with leads and provide regular updates.
Shift Timings:
- EMEA: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM or 2 PM – 11PM
- US Region: 8 PM – 5 AM or 10 PM – 7 AM
- 1 way drop off facility if the shift ends after 9pm.
- 6 days working (Alternate Saturdays are off depend on the business requirement)
