We are seeking an experienced and skilled Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fill various job openings across the organization.
As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s workforce and contributing to its growth and success
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience on entire recruitment cycle
- Experience in sourcing through job portals (Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn, Headhunting and many more.
- Should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. -Strong stakeholder management skills. – Ability to engage well with the candidates.
- Should be good in End to End recruitment process.
- Agile and fast decision makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of staffing business
- Contract to hire- 6 months
