- Hands on experience on entire recruitment cycle
- Experience in sourcing through job portals (Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn, Headhunting and many more.
- Should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. -Strong stakeholder management skills. – Ability to engage well with the candidates.
- Should be good in End to End recruitment process.
- Agile and fast decision makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of staffing business
