- Comprehending the Customer complaints and User generated tickets
- Data Annotation and Labelling (2D & 3D) as per Policy Guidelines / LIDAR image labelling
- Consistently exceed productivity and Quality
- Should be able to provide updates/best practice sharing to the team
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Handle customer inquiry functions
