- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively resolve customer issues or complaints while maintaining compliance with Company and Bank guidelines.
- Ensure that all interactions are logged accurately in the system, with proper documentation of customer details.
