Job Description:
1. Airport Services:
- This job involves extensive communication with customers/passengers at the airport.
- Responsible for booking of flights.
- Handling the passengers & their complaints
- Checking the flight details for passengers & sharing the boarding passes after thorough checking of their ID proofs.
- Guiding the passengers for their journey by following the policy & procedures laid by the company.
2. Aviation Security:
- Maintain surveillance over the movement of baggage.
- Perform security related duties at B.M.A.
- Maintain surveillance and check Sticker
- Maintain access control into aircraft. All the airline staff / loaders/ cleaners entering the aircraft on duty will undergo security check.
- Conduct anti sabotage pre-flight checks of the aircraft.
- Guard the aircraft parked in apron.
- Supervise the activities of all the loaders and cleaners in airports and report to shift-In-charge.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication skills are required.
- Fluency in English is an essential criterion.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment is essential.
- Willingness to work in a 24 x 7 environment which requires working in different shifts throughout the day, including night shift.

- Height: Male – 5.6 ft. (168cm) and above, Female – 5.3 ft. (160cm) and above.

- It is mandatory to submit all the documents on the day of the interview itself. Hence, kindly carry the hard copies (photocopy) of all the documents mentioned above.
- BE/ B.TECH, CPL Holders & AME Qualified candidates are not eligible for this profile & will not be entertained for the interview.
- Candidates who are just 10th/ 12th pass, have not started the graduation yet or haven’t completed the 1st year of graduation successfully are not eligible for the interview.
