Job Description:

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Understand clients’ insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options (e.g., life, health, auto, home, term insurance).
• Develop and deliver tailored insurance solutions based on individual or business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist clients with claims processing and provide ongoing support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to offer accurate advice.
• Manage administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining records in CRM systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Work from the Noida office for 6 days a week (24 days a month).

Requirements:

• Versant 3 and above with fluency in both English and Hindi.
• Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or in a similar sales role in the financial services or insurance industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
• Valid insurance license (as per local regulations).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales.
• Familiarity with the local insurance market.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
