Job Description:

Role & responsibilities:

• The role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of customer contracts from creation, validation, and updates to closure and renewal.
• You will ensure contract accuracy, compliance with company policies, and timely processing to support the sales, finance, and service delivery teams.
• Review, draft, and process customer contracts, amendments, and renewals in line with approved templates and commercial terms.
• Validate contract data such as pricing, billing details, term dates, and service configurations before submission.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, legal, finance, delivery) for contract approvals and clarifications.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the Contract Management System (CMS) or CRM.
• Track contract expiry and renewal timelines; flag discrepancies or pending approvals.
• Ensure all executed contracts are archived as per compliance and audit requirements.
• Support audits and internal reviews by providing documentation and status reports.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to streamline the contract lifecycle.
