Job Description:

The Field Sales Executive or Field Service Executive (FSE) will be responsible for driving business growth within an assigned local territory by acquiring new merchants, servicing a select merchant base, and promoting Paytm’s range of products. This is a field-intensive role requiring high energy, dedication to targets, and excellent on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Operations: Work a minimum of 8 hours daily in the assigned field territory.
  • Merchant Engagement: Achieve a daily target of 25 to 35 shop/merchant visits to ensure high market coverage and presence.
  • Product Sales & Target Achievement: Proactively sell & service to ensure deployment of Paytm Soundbox devices to merchants, explaining product features and benefits.
    Drive the sale of Paytm Loan products to eligible merchants.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: 12th or Above
  • Experience: Freshers And Experience Both Can Apply

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently in a dynamic, target-driven field environment.
  • Good understanding of local markets, merchant behavior, and Paytm’s product ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in local language is highly desirable.
  • Other: Must possess a functional smartphone and a valid mode of transportation for field travel.
