Job Description:

  • 50% leads will be provided 50% New acqusition required.
  • Have to generate business from the bank branches mapped.
  • Acquire new customers for Axis Bank retail and MAB products
  • Sell CASA accounts, POS / EDC machines, QR & digital payment solutions
  • Onboard merchants for POS (EDC) card swiping machines for debit, credit & contactless payments
  • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and branch walk-ins
  • Explain MDR charges, settlement cycle, and benefits of POS / EDC machines to merchants
  • Ensure smooth installation, activation, and post-sales support for merchants
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong customer & merchant relationships
  • Complete KYC, documentation, and onboarding formalities
  • Coordinate with branch, operations, and backend teams
  • Update CRM, sales MIS, and daily activity reports
  • Willing to travel and convince customer to purchase in any retail vertical.

Required Candidate profile

  • 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline
  • Fresher or experience in Banking / BFSI / POS Sales / Field Sales
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Target-oriented with willingness to do field work
  • Two-wheeler preferred
  • Male Candidates Preferred
