Roles and responsibilities-
1. Actively participate in Branch operations and sales equally to ensure Branch sales target are met.
2. Managing and increasing the portfolio of existing customers mapped and build lasting relationships with our valued Preferred customers, individuals with significant financial assets and a minimum average monthly balance of Rs. 2 lakhs in one account or an average of Rs. 2 lakhs across family Preferred group accounts.
3. Recommend tailored financial solutions ,including investment strategies, asset allocation, and risk management plans. Proactively offer new products and services that align with their needs and contribute to their financial growth.
4. Review and access the clients portfolio, to align basis market condition and client objective.
5. Cross selling & Up-selling of banking and third party products to contribute to Branch overall targets.
6. Generate leads through Catchment Working, Referrals and Working on the internal databases.
7. Conduct frequent field visits to engage with clients while ensuring touch base with each client at least once in 2 months and mandate joint visits in a month.
