General Accounting: Job Description

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
  • Non tech graduates (preferably finance graduates)
  • Willing to work in rotational shift

Skills

  • Expertise in Core Accounting like Balance sheet , Month close, tech, tools
    Task automation using Macro
  • Building formulas
  • Managing large datasets with functions VLOOKUP, IF, INDEX, MATCH etc.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding end to end of GA (R2R) activities
  • Experience in FnA domain in R2R
  • Ownership of month close functions like Journals, Reconciliations, Reporting
  • Review of Close functions, Balance Sheet analysis, complex Journals e.g. Revenue Recognition, Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Month Close meetings with Retained team, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement
  • Functional working experience in ERPs like SAP / S4 Hana preferred
  • Good Analytical Skills

Job Summary: FPNA (Financial Planning & Analysis):

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
  • Non-technical graduation in any stream – CA Inter, B.COM, M.COM or similar (Preferred)
  • Willing to work in rotational shift

Skill & Responsibilities :

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
  • Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
  • Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, menu pricing, new rollouts as well as new projects
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
  • Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
