Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle from understanding the talent needs from department heads to
- successfully closing the position, completing the joining formalities and arranging for Induction thereby
- maintaining the database for the same
- Source potential candidates from different platforms
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and their roles and responsibilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Sourcing, screening & shortlisting profiles through various job portals – Naukri/LinkedIn Etc
- Handling client interview rounds (L1, L2 & L3)
- Co- coordinating with candidates & sending offers to candidates
- Completing documentation and BGV Process
