Job Description
- Achieve the Sales Targets (CA/SA) set in terms of NTB, Value & product mix.
- Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets across the designated Product lines
- Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics for his/ her assigned territory
- Achieve defined quality parameters in terms of AMB depletion/FTR %/ UID penetration and NBD penetration.
- Achieve Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
- Acquisition of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products of the bank with main focus on Wealth.
- Acquires new customers through active referrals from clients in existing portfolio and self generated leads and thereafter adds these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell.

- Ability to communicate in English and Vernacular effectively and express ones viewpoint clearly
- Good networking skills – ability to start relationships and build rapport.
- Good analytical skills at an elementary level
- Ability to understand & sell a variety of products.
- Good follow up skills. Should be able organize own time effectively and structure own activities
- Is able to persuade others to one own point of view and present the key benefits persuasively.
- Likes interacting and dealing with people / customers.
Work Experience
- Any sales experience willing to take up the profile in banking for Current Account & Saving Account
- Preferred experience in CASA, LI, GI, MF, Gold loans, Fixed Deposits, FD, RD, Retail assets
- Graduate / MBA
- AMFI / Insurance Certification preferred.
Mandatory Desirables:
- Age: less than or equal to 31 yrs
- Graduate from any stream
- Inclination towards sales profile
- Willing to travel
