The Telecom Operations team is involved in developing structures, processes, and capabilities for managing and monitoring telecommunications networks. The Customer Service Management team focuses on managing the organization’s interaction with current and potential customers. The team is responsible for handling customer queries, enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth. Role & responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

Job Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli) (Current location – Mumbai mandatory)
Qualifications: Any Graduation.
Experience: Freshers or HSC passed with 6 months experience into International Voice can apply.
Transportation: Two-way Cab facility will be provided (Pick and drop location should be with-in Accenture Transportation boundary).
