Job Description:

  • Experience in designing, Fixtures, systems in a production environment.
  • Design manufacturing processes and make MPI (manufacturing process instructions).
  • MPM Printer Programming Knowledge required with knowledge of SPI Programming
    Knowledge about FUJI- NXT-3, Flexa Programming Knowledge, M-Edit, Accessory software knowledge, should have a knowledge of create shape and also working experience and knowledge for Reflow.
  • A surface mount technology (SMT) process engineer generally assist in the production line of a Surface Mount technology.
  • Knowledge Feeder Maintenance & experience in Finished product will be inspected by an engineer to assess their quality and also having working experience to handle Troubleshoot process defects and drive toward problem resolution.
  • Experience to handle Product functions and also check their quality and working properly or not also Inspect various machinery, tools and materials involved in the process to make sure that they are working properly.
  • Monitor the work of individual and to make sure that the work being done with good quality.
  • Experience with solder printers, solder re flow, cleaners, and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems.
  • Experience with testing (Bend test, Vibration, Drop etc.).
  • Knowledge of machining processes along with tooling and design Experience.
  • Experience with the specification, selection and validation of equipment for a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with SMT Engineering with high reliability/ high stability electronic products a plus.
  • Experience in new product introduction and implementation of continuous improvements on existing products involving complex electronic systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Mid-level engineer with Minimum qualification required B. Tech / Diploma minimum 2- 5 years experience or advanced technical degree with less years of experience.
  • Preferred Experienced SMT / Mobile /telecom/ manufacturing.
  • 1-3+ years of experience with SMT PCB Assembly environments or semiconductor backend processes in a production cleanroom environment is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with confidence rounded Thinker
  • Requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree in a related field (i.e., Mobile, Materials, SMT, Production, Manufacturing, and Electronics) or the equivalent in technical training courses and 1-5+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor or Masters Degree will offset the experience requirement by 2 years
