Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Review and negotiation of contractual documents such as Engagement letters, NDA, MSA, SOW etc., from a business risk management perspective
- Negotiate contracts with the client
- Review of alliance arrangements
- Review of RFPs & tenders
- Coordinating with the business teams and the Central/ legal teams to ensure clearance of contractual documents.
- Reviewing vendor onboarding documents as per firm policies
