Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent service.
- Process customer requests, escalate issues when necessary, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization for call handling, resolution rates, and quality standards.
