Job Description:
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate or Intermediate
- Freshers and Experienced (05 years in Voice Process)
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify customers needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
- Follow communication scripts for different topics
- Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile to engage customers
- Keep accurate records of all conversations in the call centre database
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer support (preferred)
- Strong phone & verbal communication skills with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good typing speed
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts (Note: no night shift for female candidates)
- Own transportation
