Job Description:

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate or Intermediate
• Freshers and Experienced (05 years in Voice Process)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify customers needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions
• Follow communication scripts for different topics
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile to engage customers
• Keep accurate records of all conversations in the call centre database
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer support (preferred)
• Strong phone & verbal communication skills with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good typing speed
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts (Note: no night shift for female candidates)
• Own transportation
