Job Description:

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: Intermediate or Any Graduate
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills
  • Experienced candidates: Minimum 1 year in Voice Process preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs, clarify queries, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Follow predefined communication scripts when required.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction by going the extra mile.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the call center system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service and resolution.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred.
