Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for home loan products
• Meet prospective customers and understand their home loan requirements
• Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful closures
• Maintain relationships with clients for future business opportunities
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales (Loan products preferred)
• Freshers with interest in field sales may also apply
• Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel and do fieldwork
