Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for home loan products
- Meet prospective customers and understand their home loan requirements
- Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful closures
- Maintain relationships with clients for future business opportunities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Sales (Loan products preferred)
- Freshers with interest in field sales may also apply
- Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel and do fieldwork
