Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Generate new business by identifying potential clients through channels like referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Client Consultation : Advise clients on suitable home loan options based on their financial situation and help them select the best-fit product.
• Application Management : Guide clients through the entire home loan application process, from gathering required documents to ensuring timely and accurate submission.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
• Compliance & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitor offerings, lending regulations, and company policies.
• Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to clients, keeping them informed about their application status and addressing any concerns.
• Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
