Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial interviews over phone or video conferencing to assess candidate fitment.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on interview results.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in HR Recruitment or related field.
• Immediate joiners preferable
• Excellent communication skills with convincing power to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle pressure situations professionally while meeting deadlines under tight timelines.
• Strong idea generation, creative thinking, management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
