Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Wealth Management team. you will learn how to understand client financial needs, recommend investment products, and provide high-quality customer service while working alongside experienced advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior wealth managers in servicing and managing client portfolios.
• Learn and understand various investment products (mutual funds, bonds, insurance, equities, etc.).
• Support in preparing financial plans, proposals, and investment presentations.
• Maintain client databases and ensure timely follow-up.
• Participate in client meetings (online/offline) to understand wealth advisory practices.
• Stay updated with market trends and financial news.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of finance, investments, or economics (preferred but not mandatory).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.

Eligibility

• Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Fresher (01 year).
• Certifications like NISM (Mutual Funds/Equity) will be an added advantage.
