Job Description ( Associate Cloud Engineer ):

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Should prepare technical documents and training materials
• Should have designed and deployed FSLogix solution

Requirements:

• The candidate should have 0 to 2 years of VDI experience
• Experience in Consulting Designing and implementation of a VDI solution.
• Having experience on WVD/AVD would be added advantage
• Should be aware of an App Layering solution like FlexApp MSIX App attach etc
• Should have good exposure and knowledge on Azure
• Azure/AWS certification should be an advantage
• VDI Certification would be an advantage
• Some scripting skills in PowerShell or Python would be an added advantage
• Should prepare technical documents and training materials
• Experience with Microsoft Intune/SCCM would be an added advantage
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 products

Job Description ( System Engineer ):

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
• Respond to service desk tickets in a timely manner ensuring user satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Document and update technical procedures and user guides to improve support processes.
• Conduct regular system checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing user accounts permissions and access rights in various systems.
• Provide training and support to users on new technologies and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance support capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service desk operations.

Job Description ( Java Architect ):

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Experience in Consulting Designing and implementation of a VDI solution.
• Application Portfolio Rationalization (APR) and R Treatment Strategies

Requirements:

• Java 11+ (such as Java 17, Java 21 & not just Java 8)JEE,Spring & related framework modules,Spring Boot,Microservices,Design Patterns,DevOps,Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) – external certification preferred,GenAI: Any Code Companion experience – GHCP, Amazon Q Developer, etc.
• Angular or React.
• Integration Design Patterns, DevSecOps
• Hands-on: Predominant hands-on experience on Java stack, minimum 2-5 years on either Azure & AWS cloud; Minimal 1 year experience in application stack involving SpringBoot, and Angular or React
• Architecture Styles/Patterns: Knowledge & vast experience with traditional (/JEE) architectures, Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Microservices – cloud native, event-driven architectures & design patterns
• NFR understanding, QoS tactics: Ability to articulate and provide examples from his/her prior work; Experience in Application Performance Management, and Application Security (Vulnerability remediation, OWASP Top 10 understanding, etc.)
• App Modernization: Has prior experience with APR and cloud migration; Knowledge of R treatment strategies and can provide examples from his/her prior work; Working knowledge or experience with Java & Spring Boot upgrades is preferred.
• DevSecOps / SRE: Knowledge of the DevSecOps best practices, tools landscape & ability to propose relevant tech stack for any new engagement
• GenAI: Understanding & appreciation of any Code Companion tool – GHCP, Amazon Q Developer, etc.
• RFP support/exposure: Experience & ability to support/drive SMALL/MEDIUM RFPs solution independently (incl. estimation and validation) and collaborate in COMPLEX RFPs
  Communication: Prior experience in client facing roles, good verb.
