  • 2 to 8 year experience on FTTH/FTTP planning and designing.
  • Perform telecom network planning and designing the network in customer applications
  • Permit drawing creation with respect to City and State requirements
  • Good knowledge and working experience on quick pole, SPIDA and OCAL & pole loading analysis and aerial permit creation.
  • Responsible to meet the Project SLAs by producing the quality work within the specified timelines.
  • Mentoring the new joiners and helping them on project requirements, perform quality check, preparing deliverables, building the team with effective feedbacks
  • Responsible to work on Pilot / POC activities and gathering the technical requirements
  • Responsible to perform quality checks, conducting regular feedback sessions for the quality improvement.
  • Providing ideas for internal automation and process changes
