Job Description:
- Outbound calling and converting lead into sales
- Customer logs on to the website and raises query for the products
- CRE to call customer and understand query and sell the product accordingly
- Explaining the customers product features and benefits
- Ensuring all compliance and SLA of the call are adhered
- Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, targets
- Training will be given.
Skills Require:
- Graduate Mandatory (Full time/Part time/ Correspondence)
- Good Communication in English/Hindi
- Age: 20-30
- Open for voice process
- Call- Center experience in GI industry will be an added advantage
- Experience – 0-2 years
