Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- To acquire new quality customers and cross sell various products as desired by the Bank from time to time(Current Account, Saving account, insurances, fixed deposits etc. )
- To ensure accurate, timely and error free processing of customer service requests
- To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary.
- Meet the budgeted financial targets – every quarter.
- To ensure the best visual impact of the branches on customers
Preferred candidate profile
- Should have Banking Experience.
- Should have strong communication skills
- Should have Banking Sales Experience.
- Should be okay with moving to the field and selling bank’s Products.
