Responsibilities and duties:
- Utilize asset management tools and techniques for inventory tracking, accountability, and security.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with data storage systems.
- Ensure timely data entry into tracking systems in coordination with stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with IT security and asset management policies.
- Work with the ServiceNow ticketing tool for asset tracking and management.
- Assist with IT asset procurement, tracking, and disposal.
- Manage stock efficiently to optimize utilization.
- Escalate issues requiring management intervention as needed.
Requirements:
- BE/BTech in IT, Mechanical, or related engineering fields, or MBA in Finance/Operations from Tier 2/3 institutions.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in IT asset lifecycle management.
- Additional diploma in asset, inventory, or supply chain management is a plus.
