Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Voice Process:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
• Resolve customer queries, provide product/service information, and address complaints.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.

2. Non-Voice Process:

• Process customer requests and data through email/chat.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Effectively manage customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.

Key Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (No compromise on communication).
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Should be flexible and adaptable to rotational shifts (including night shifts).
• Previous experience in an international BPO setup is preferred but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and other relevant tools (for Non-Voice process).
