Job Description:
- Own the last mile service metrics for the assigned cluster of stores and drive operational
efficiencies - Ensure the fleet of delivery executives across areas are disciplined, and resolve disputes/strikes that may arise in these areas, warranting an efficient and healthy work environment.
- Perform demand vs supply forecasting periodically and ensure the store has the optimal mix of fleets
- Collaborate with the in-store team in the design and rollout of a pay-out structure that motivates and rewards the desired behaviours and performance of delivery executives
- Drive training sessions for delivery partners on company policies, safety protocols, and customer interaction best practices.
- Monitor fleet performance through regular evaluations and provide actionable feedback.
- Address grievances in a timely fashion and provide coaching to improve individual performance..
