Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities for Technical Support Role:
- Troubleshoot moderately complex hardware/software/application issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide resolution and assistance.
- Escalate unresolved issues following established procedures.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for case handling and documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities for Customer Support Role:
- Processing Order request received through email or on calls.
- Handle inbound calls and assist customer with their queries related to their orders
- Respond to customer email queries related to their orders and accounts
- Review pending orders and follow-up with internal teams to fulfill the orders
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- For International Customer Service Minimum 1 year of experience required.
- For Technical Support Minimum 1 year of experience in hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Must be a Graduate.
- Comfortable working in 24×7 US shifts.
